Page 1 – Full-page spread:
The vast expanse of space, distant stars scattered across the black void. Lone Voyager’s ship cruises toward Earth, his figure visible inside, focused and determined. A glowing orb of energy pulses as it releases a mind beam that stretches across the cosmos.

"He’s coming."

Cut to: Earth. Inside the training room of the hero base, the crew is engaged in combat training. Evan and Mindquake are sparring, exchanging blows. The room hums with energy as they focus on their moves.
Caption (Evan's voice):
“Stay sharp, Mindquake. You’re getting slower.”
Page 2 – Panel 2:
Mindquake suddenly stops, a sudden pain in her head. Her focus falters. Evan throws a punch, hitting her squarely in the chest. Mindquake stumbles back, falling to the ground. Evan looks concerned.
Evan:
“Mindquake?!”
Page 3 – Panel 1:
Mindquake, shaking off the punch, rubs her temple, eyes wide with confusion.
Mindquake:
“I felt it... a mind beam... from space... It was subtle, but... it was there.”
Page 3 – Panel 2:
The team stops, hearing Mindquake’s words. There’s a beat of silence as they exchange looks, unsure what to make of it.
Voltfist:
“A mind beam... from space?”
Page 4 – Panel 1:
Evan, with a sudden realization, looks up, determination flickering in his eyes.
Evan:
“I’m going up there to find out. Stay here, I’ll check it out.”
Page 5 – Panel 1:
Evan walks out of the base, stepping into the open, and effortlessly takes to the skies. The wind rushes past him as he ascends, leaving the base behind.
Page 6 – Full-page spread:
Cut to: The vastness of space again, but this time Evan is hovering just outside Earth’s atmosphere. He scans the void, eyes searching. His face brightens with recognition as a familiar ship appears on the horizon.
Evan (thinking):
“Lone Voyager?”
Page 7 – Panel 1:
Lone Voyager’s ship drifts closer. The figure inside is calm, composed. His weathered face looks at Evan through the cockpit’s glass. He raises a hand in greeting as the ship slowly lands.
Lone Voyager:
“Sevrin. I see you’ve come a long way.”
Page 7 – Panel 2:
Evan lands beside the ship, eyes narrowing in confusion.
Evan:
“Voyager, what’s going on? What was that mind beam?”
Page 8 – Panel 1:
Lone Voyager steps out of his ship, looking up toward the stars, his expression solemn.
Lone Voyager:
“It was for you. To get your attention. I have a message from Kraznir’s new leader. A message of gratitude.”
Page 8 – Panel 2:
Evan stands still, processing the information.
Evan:
“Kraznir… the planet we helped rise again?”
Page 9 – Panel 1:
Voyager nods, a faint smile crossing his lips.
Lone Voyager:
“Yes. The new leader is grateful. Your help in taking down the old tyrant... it means something. Kraznir will now stand with you, whenever you need them.”

Back on Earth. A dark room. Zykor watches the conversation unfold on a monitor, his eyes cold and calculating.
Zykor (whispering to himself):
“Deploy them. Now."
Page 11 – Panel 1:
Zyrax stands beside Zykor, his expression unreadable. He presses a button on the control panel in front of him. The screens flicker, and humanoid replicas of each member of the rebellion league appear in various locations on Earth.
Zyrax (smirking):
“Let them think they’re safe.”
Page 11 – Panel 2:
The replicas step forward, blending seamlessly with their surroundings. They spread out, heading toward the rebellion league’s base.
Page 12 – Panel 1:
The replicas infiltrate the facility, unnoticed. They move with precision, finding their way to the sleeping quarters of the team. As the team splits up to relax, the replicas take their place unnoticed.
Caption:
"The seeds of confusion have been planted..."
Page 13 – Panel 1:
Mindquake, having just finished meditating to clear her mind from the lingering effects of the mind beam, is unaware that the replica Mindquake has already entered the room, perfectly mimicking her movements.
Page 14 – Panel 1:
As the team disbands, the replicas prepare to strike. One by one, they catch the heroes off guard. Mindquake (the real one) steps into a different room to rest, and the replica takes the opportunity to position itself strategically.
Page 15 – Panel 1:
The real team members are attacked, but the replicas create enough chaos that the heroes begin to think they’re fighting against their own people.
Mindquake (thinking):
“Wait... what’s going on? Why is everyone acting like this?”
Page 16 – Full-page spread:
Cut back to space. Evan and Lone Voyager sit on the ship’s ramp, talking quietly, the stars twinkling in the distance.
Lone Voyager:
“I’ve known your father for a long time, Evan. He was a good man. He wanted to protect you, even though he never could.”
Evan (softly, tears in his eyes):
“I don’t even remember him, Voyager... I didn’t get to say goodbye. I was so angry... and then, when the Eclipse happened, everything just... fell apart.”
Page 17 – Panel 1:
Evan wipes his eyes, the tears finally falling, a mix of grief and relief washing over him.
Evan:
“Thanks, Voyager. For everything.”
Page 17 – Panel 2:
Voyager places a reassuring hand on Evan’s shoulder.
Lone Voyager:
“You’ve grown strong, Evan. Your father would be proud of you. But remember, sometimes it’s okay to let go of the past. It doesn’t define you.”
Page 18 – Panel 1:
They share a final look before Voyager turns to enter his ship. Evan watches, standing tall in the silence of space.
Page 19 – Panel 1:
Back on Earth, Evan returns, flying down into the base. He lands outside, spotting his team standing there. He pauses, confused by their sudden animosity.
Evan (calling out):
“What’s going on? Why are you all acting like this?”
Replica Voltfist (calmly):
“Something showed up while you were gone. A creature. We need to find it.”
Page 20 – Panel 1:
The replicas, standing in the distance, prepare to launch their next move. They whisper among themselves, setting the stage for their next act of deception.
Page 21 – Full-page spread:
Lena, sensing something off, walks toward Captain Hawke.
Lena:
“Something isn’t right. I can feel it. We need to get to Evan. Now.”
Page 22 – Panel 1:
The team is still divided, arguing, but Lena and Captain Hawke exchange a knowing glance.
Captain Hawke:
“We need to find Evan. This has gone too far.”
Page 23 – Panel 1:
The final panel shows the team in disarray, confusion clouding their minds. Evan stands at the center, unaware of the growing conspiracy around him.

“Divide the heart, and the body will fall.”
