Page 1 - Panel 1:
Evan sits on the rooftop of his house at night, knees pulled up, looking out over the quiet suburbs. The moonlight hits his face.
Narration (Evan’s Voice):
It’s funny how a single word can shake your whole world. One name... and suddenly nothing feels real anymore.
Page 1 - Panel 2:
Close-up of Evan’s eyes—tired, distant, thoughtful.
Narration (Evan’s Voice):
Sevrin. She called me Sevrin. That name used to mean something. Now it just feels... heavy.
Page 1 - Panel 3:
Memory fragments float ghost-like in the night air around him—images of Aethon, Lena/Xendra, destruction, and alien landscapes.
Narration (Evan’s Voice):
What did I forget? And why do I feel like remembering is the worst thing that could happen... and the most necessary?
Page 2 - Panel 1:
Suddenly, a loud explosion lights up the distance. A red-orange glow flares from the city skyline.
SFX: KRAKOOM!
Narration (Evan’s Voice):
...What the hell?
Page 2 - Panel 2:
Evan leans forward, eyes narrowing as he sees black smoke rising and hears distant screams echoing through the night air.
Page 2 - Panel 3:
He rushes inside, flipping on the TV. News footage flashes across the screen—a monstrous alien-looking creature rampaging through downtown.
News Reporter (TV):
“We advise all civilians to evacuate immediately—an unknown, extremely hostile entity has appeared and is attacking without provocation—multiple fatalities already confirmed—”
Page 3 - Panel 1:
Footage of the creature—a hulking, misshapen thing with bone plating, glowing red eyes, and a mouth that splits in four. It crushes a car with ease.
News Reporter (TV):
“We don’t know where it came from—military is on standby—but nothing has slowed it down.”
Narration (Evan’s Voice):
A monster out of nowhere... and Lena appears the same day. Coincidence? No way.
Page 3 - Panel 2:
Evan clutches the sides of his head as memories return in violent flashes—he screams silently, overwhelmed.
Flashback images:
His family escaping Aethon.
Xendra urging him to flee.
His hands glowing with energy.
Death. Fire. Space.
Page 3 - Panel 3:
He falls to the ground, panting. His body is trembling, glowing faintly now.
Narration (Evan’s Voice):
It’s all real. All of it. I remember everything. Who I am. What I am.
Page 4 - Panel 1:
Evan sits in silence, the room dim. The news plays in the background, but he’s not listening anymore. He’s thinking.
Narration (Evan’s Voice):
I’ve lived here as a human. Built a life. A family. Friends. I’m not sure I want to give that up. But if I don’t do something... more people are going to die.
Page 4 - Panel 2:
He walks to his closet, pulling out an old black hoodie, gloves, and a ski mask. He’s crafting a quick disguise—not perfect, but it’ll hide enough.
Narration (Evan’s Voice):
I can’t let them see me. Not like this. Not yet. I’m not ready for that.
Page 4 - Panel 3:
Final shot of him lacing his shoes. Focused. His stance firm.
Narration (Evan’s Voice):
But I’m not letting that thing hurt anyone else.
Page 5 - Panel 1:
Evan stands atop a building near the chaos. Wind blows his hoodie back, revealing a silhouette bathed in the glow of fire below.
Narration (Evan’s Voice):
Let’s see if I can still do this.
Page 5 - Panel 2:
He jumps. Bursts forward like a blur. His speed cracks the air—he’s gone before the page ends.
SFX: FWOOOSH
Page 6 - Panel 1:
The creature roars, towering over wreckage and fire. Suddenly, a blinding light pierces through its chest—
Page 6 - Panel 2:
—and Evan explodes out the other side, arms out, body covered in blood and tissue.
SFX: SKRRRKKKK-SPLORTCH!!!
Page 6 - Panel 3:
The monster lets out a gurgled howl and collapses to the ground, twitching before going still.
SFX: THUD.
Page 7 - Panel 1:
People in the distance scream, but some look in awe, filming. Evan stands covered in blood, chest heaving. He looks toward them, then vanishes in a blur before anyone can catch a full glimpse.
Narration (Evan’s Voice):
I don’t want to be seen. Not yet. I’m not some hero. I’m just... doing what I have to.
Page 7 - Panel 2:
Back on the news: the scene is now swarmed with emergency responders and investigators.
News Reporter (TV):
“...in an unbelievable turn of events, the creature was neutralized within minutes by an unidentified force. No signs of military involvement.”
News Anchor (TV):
“Some are calling it a miracle. Others... a mystery.”
Page 8 - Panel 1:
A black van with no markings pulls up near the carcass. Men in hazmat suits exit, carrying high-tech scanning tools.
Scientist (to radio):
“Target is neutralized. Preparing for forensic extraction. This... this isn’t from Earth.”
Page 8 - Panel 2:
Zoom-in on the creature’s eye, still glowing faintly.
Narration (Evan’s Voice):
They don’t know what’s coming. But I do. And this... this was only the beginning.
