Page 1 - Panel 1:
A sterile, high-tech government lab. The creature’s corpse lies on a reinforced table, mangled and restrained by thick steel straps. Lights flood the room.
Caption: Location: SITE-9 — Government Forensic Research Facility, Undisclosed.
Page 1 - Panel 2:
Dr. Olivia Kade (sharp, calm, professional, in her 40s) stands over the remains, reviewing data on a holographic screen. Others in hazmat suits examine tissue samples.
Dr. Kade:
“Muscle density is off the charts. Internal organs... don’t match any known biology. No DNA markers. This thing didn’t evolve on Earth.”
Page 1 - Panel 3:
Close-up of a black ooze dripping from the creature’s open chest. A mechanical probe analyzes it.
Scientist:
“And that energy signature we picked up during the incident—it’s still active inside the tissue.”
Page 2 - Panel 1:
Captain Felix Hawke (mid-40s, rugged, always in control) enters the lab with Sam Carter (younger, loyal, slightly more impulsive). Kade looks up.
Captain Hawke:
“Tell me we’ve got something, Doc.”
Page 2 - Panel 2:
Dr. Kade gestures to the display, now showing a reconstructed 3D model of the creature.
Dr. Kade:
“Whatever this is, it’s not man-made. And it didn’t come from space debris either. If I had to guess...”
She zooms in on the cells.
“...it was sent here.”
Page 2 - Panel 3:
Sam looks confused.
Sam Carter:
“Sent by who? Russia? China? Aliens?”
Dr. Kade:
“If it’s aliens, we’ve got bigger problems. And if it’s not... we’ve still got problems.”
Page 2 - Panel 4:
Hawke turns toward the two-way mirror, where several men in suits are watching.
Captain Hawke:
“I want this sealed. No leaks. No press. And find me anything on who or what killed this thing.”
Narration (Hawke’s Voice):
This wasn’t a freak accident. It was a message.
Page 3 - Panel 1:
Cut to morning. A peaceful, sunlit suburban street. Evan and Jason walk to school, Evan sipping from a can of iced coffee.
Jason:
“Dude, did you see the news last night? That monster thing? Downtown?”
Evan:
“Huh? Oh... I kinda fell asleep.”
Page 3 - Panel 2:
Jason looks at him like he’s crazy.
Jason:
“Fell asleep? Bro, a literal alien ripped a bus in half! People are calling it Godzilla’s creepy cousin!”
Page 3 - Panel 3:
Evan shrugs, eyes forward, trying not to give anything away.
Evan:
“Probably some... military test gone wrong or whatever.”
Page 3 - Panel 4:
Jason steps in front of him, arms crossed, grinning.
Jason:
“Lame. You used to be into this stuff. Like, Area 51 theories, men in black, all that.”
Evan (awkward):
“Yeah well, guess I grew out of it.”
Page 4 - Panel 1:
Wide shot — the two walk into school, passing other students watching news footage on their phones. A newscaster voice plays faintly.
News Anchor (phone audio):
“...no group has claimed responsibility for the event. The identity of the figure who killed the creature remains unknown.”
Page 4 - Panel 2:
Close-up on Evan’s face. One eye glows faintly for a split second as he looks at the footage. No one notices.
Narration (Evan’s Voice):
They’re looking for me already. I need to be careful. Too careful.
Page 4 - Panel 3:
Cut to black SUV parked near the school, two agents inside. One is watching Evan through binoculars.
Agent 1:
“Possible link to anomaly is unconfirmed. Continue surveillance.”
Page 4 - Panel 4:
Back to Evan and Jason entering class. Evan smiles slightly, trying to act normal.
Evan (to himself):
I’ve already been seen. Clock’s ticking now.
Page 5 - Panel 1:
Cut to SITE-9 again. Dr. Kade is in her office, reviewing security footage frame by frame. She freezes on a blurred image—Evan streaking through the monster.
Dr. Kade (muttering):
“There. That blur. It had shape. Intent. Someone did this.”
Page 5 - Panel 2:
She enlarges the image, adjusts filters—still can’t make out a face, just a glowing silhouette.
Dr. Kade (to comms):
“Hawke. I think your ghost has a pulse.”
Page 6 - Panel 1:
Hawke and Sam are looking over a map in a briefing room. Pins are stuck across different locations in red.
Captain Hawke:
“Start tracking local anomalies. Spikes in energy, anything unnatural. If this thing was hunted, there’s a hunter still out there.”
Page 6 - Panel 2:
Sam hands him a folder. Inside is a blurry capture of Evan mid-charge. Red energy trails behind him.
Sam Carter:
“What if he’s one of them, Cap?”
Captain Hawke (flat):
“Then we better hope he’s one of the good ones.”
