Page 1 – Panel 1:
A bleak, cold atmosphere. The black, jagged fortress stands tall against a twisted alien sky—the same sinister planet we’ve seen before. Dim green light pulses from its core.
Caption:
“Elsewhere…”
Page 2 – Panel 1:
Inside the fortress: the General, kneeling before the Leader, both cloaked in shadow. Only brief flashes of their forms are visible—glowing eyes, armor, inhuman silhouettes.
General:
“The upgraded units have been eliminated... All thirty.”
Leader (growling):
“Impossible. A single Aethonian in base state should’ve fallen to five.”
Page 3 – Panel 1:
The General raises his head slightly, hesitantly offering the next insight.
General:
“Reports suggest he has either evolved… or he’s formed a unit.”
Page 3 – Panel 2:
The Leader clenches his clawed fist, his voice boiling with rage.
Leader:
“If he has allies… then containment has failed. The flame is reigniting.”
Page 4 – Panel 1:
Close-up on the Leader’s glowing eyes as his voice echoes like a thousand whispers through the chamber.
Leader:
“Revise the plans. No more surgical strikes. We will send something... greater.”
General (bowing):
“Yes, my lord.”

Cut to Earth. It’s nighttime. Evan walks down a quiet suburban street, hands in his jacket pockets. Streetlights flicker slightly. He looks thoughtful, tired.
Page 6 – Panel 1:
He walks through the front door. His parents, Margaret and Thomas, are waiting in the living room. Their faces are a mix of relief and frustration.
Margaret:
“Evan. Where have you been?! You vanished for a week! No calls, no texts—nothing!”
Page 7 – Panel 1:
Evan hesitates, clearly preparing a lie. He sits down on the couch with a sigh.
Evan:
“I… I’ve been contracted by the government. They asked me to help develop weapons—against those creatures that keep showing up.”
Thomas (skeptical):
“What? You’re eighteen. You missed school. You didn’t even come home for your birthday.”
Page 8 – Panel 1:
Evan looks away, trying to sound convincing.
Evan:
“I didn’t have a choice. They didn’t want anyone else involved. I’m good at tech. I’m helping them design weapons—quietly. It’s all classified.”
Page 8 – Panel 2:
There’s a long pause. His mother looks like she wants to yell but restrains herself.
Margaret:
“You’re still our son. You’re still a kid.”
Evan:
“I’m an adult now. And… this matters.”
Page 9 – Panel 1:
Later that night, Evan lies in bed, staring at the ceiling, the moonlight casting shadows on his face. He whispers to himself.
Evan (softly):
“Just a little longer… then I’ll tell you everything.”
Page 10 – Panel 1:
Next morning. Evan walks into school. Hallways are buzzing. Students talk, laugh, some side-eye him—he’s been missing too long.
Page 11 – Panel 1:
Jason rushes over, wide-eyed, dragging Evan to the side.
Jason:
“Dude. What the hell?! Where have you been?! You dropped off the planet!”
Page 12 – Panel 1:
Evan gives a half-smile, tired but trying to play it cool.
Evan:
“Just… personal stuff. Family emergency. Couldn’t really talk about it.”
Page 13 – Panel 1:
Jason frowns, then lowers his voice, mock-serious.
Jason:
“You keep disappearing like that, you’re gonna miss prom, man.”
Page 13 – Panel 2:
Evan raises an eyebrow.
Evan:
“Prom?”
Jason (grinning):
“Yeah. And I mean, come on. Who’d wanna skip prom… with Leila?”
Page 14 – Panel 1:
Evan freezes slightly. His eyes widen just a little before he recovers. He forces a smirk.
Evan:
“She hasn’t said anything about that.”
Jason:
“Not yet. But bro… the way she looks at you? Don’t be stupid.”
Page 15 – Panel 1:
Cut to Leila, sitting a few feet away in the hallway, talking with a friend but clearly glancing over at Evan. A slight smile plays on her lips when their eyes meet.
Page 16 – Panel 1:
Evan watches her for a second, then looks away, conflicted but softening. Jason elbows him playfully.
Jason:
“You should ask her. Before some alien freak tries to blow up the gym.”
Evan (laughing quietly):
“I’ll think about it.”

Final shot: a security camera feed in a dark government lab. One of the humanoid remains from the previous fight twitches, slightly… something inside still active.
